School of Self-Isolation is a project created and published on Instagram. Born during the 2020 quarantine, it offers short choreographies that reflect the aesthetics of self-help culture, the performativity of influencers, and the digital solitude. Moving between sincerity and irony, the project explores how bodies adapt to confined spaces, how gestures of productivity and self-care become choreographic material, and how social media algorithms shape our sense of agency.
